How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Doge Gadget (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This is the best stainless steel set I’ve seen for my Cub and Girl Scout camping trips. Heavy enough for long-time use but lightweight enough not to weigh too much. Great price for what we got. (A similar quality set is $14 just for ute
We have a camper and love to camp and enjoy the great outdoors and this set of dishes was just too perfect for using around the campfire, at picnics and potluck dinners. I love the way that everything is included in a nice little package in a carrier which is easy to carry with the food to the potluck. The items are quality pieces, solid and not flimsy or like they will bend and break. They don't take up much room to store. I put them through the dishwasher and they did fine. No rusting. There are also a couple of what I would call hotpads so that if you have hot food in the metal plate, you can use the hotpad and not get burned. Likewise, if you have a hot drink, you can use the potholder around the drink so as not to burn your hands. The only kind of oddity is that the plates are more of a shallow bowl but that does keep me from spilling food off of the plate. That said, if you are at a potluck all of your items will end up in the middle of the plate which could be a problem if you don't like food items to touch. There is an actual bowl included (like a cereal bowl) so if there is soup or salad, you do have a second bowl for that. If you are a big eater, this might require a few trips for seconds, thirds, etc. They are about the size of the smaller 8 1/2" dixie paper plates. They are perfect for me and my husband. Recommend. Good quality. Nice set.
Great quality set of camp ware. Light weight, well made and priced right for the set ($18) at the time of my purchase. One warning though for those who may not be accustomed to using such cookery - it is not recommended that you put freshly hot food/beverages into these while holding them! You will be scolded and drop your food as they are not insulated. Use gloves/protective covering or ladle while it sits.
This is an awesome little mess kit. I purchased for my daughter who is a Girl Scout and is getting ready for her first camping trip. It’s very well made and is very easily stored. Just be aware that the stainless steel does heat up quick. So be sure to have gloves or let the food cool down some before eating or drinking. I’m very please with this purchase.
The quality of campware looks good. The net bag is a great idea for storing and grabbing each place setting quickly. I have added some stainless steel mugs, soup spoon, and 2 small plates to the net bag. I have a lot of stainless items I have purchased throughout the years and these will make a nice addition when camping. I even have a small teapot, small sugar and coffee canisters, as well as a nice stainless French press coffee maker. Planning an outing soon!
I bought the two person set and took it camping a couple of weeks ago. Super nice set, very strong and sturdy and super easy to clean in seconds. The cups are perfect size for both adult and child. The silverware is awesome (the knife can definitely cut through regular meat). I highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a nice set. Well worth every cent spent. The carrying bag is also super nice. The logo is etched in the bag and on the set. The plates and bowels are deep enough to hold soup and spaghetti and meatballs with plenty room to spare :) Absolutely LOOOOVE this set. We will definitely have this for the next 20yrs or so. I bought this for my daughter and I camping with the boy scouts :)

Bought this because it seemed like a better value than the other camping dinnerware we saw. I found this to be a great buy. Since it is stainless steel I was able to put my cup of apple cider right on the edge of the grill by the fire to keep my cider warm. The plates are big enough to hold a foil dinner packet and their almost bowl like design is great to minimize mess and spills. We almost immediately took the silverware off of the carabiner but it was helpful for storage. I was worried silverware would be too flimsy but it was perfectly adequate, the knife cut through chicken ok.
